Q: I am planning to take the "6-Day Bus Tour Package to Grand Canyon South, Las Vegas, Disneyland, Universal Studios from Los Angeles", in the US visa application form, I am being asked for US CONTACT INFORMATION, I do not have a distant relative and am just planning to take the tour and go back to my home country, what should I include there if my destination is just for the tour package?

Q: I am interested to take the "6-Day Bus Tour Package to Grand Canyon South, Las Vegas, Disneyland, Universal Studios from Los Angeles" tour but have yet to apply for a US Visa. In the d160 application form for a tourist visa, there is a question there that stated: "address where to stay in the US?" my intended stay in the US is just for the 6 days, thus will use the hotels in the package, what should i indicate in the application form? Q: On day one we plan on attempting to see Mt Rushmore, could you tell me what hotel we will be staying at and do that hotel provide transportation to Mt. Rushmore? We will be during tour 2-606 that do not include Mt. Rushmore. How far is Mt. Rushmore from the hotel. My family will also like to see the skywalk that is include in the tour. Joining the tour will not allow you to go to Mt. Rushmore on your own and rejoin the tour on a later time/ date, as the distance you will need to travel to get to Mt. Rushmore will be too great. The Skywalk admission fee is currently at $32.00 per person.

Please feel free to get the pricing for the tour online on the Easy Book section of the tour's details page by simply inidicating your tour start date, the number of travelers you are booking for and the number of rooms you need for your travelers. The prices of the tours are dependent on the departure date and the current promotions available for the tour.

There are a number of factory outlets on the way from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, the one the tour will visit depends on the departure date selected for the tour but it is usually the Barstow Factory Outlets the tour will stop at.

Q: Hi. We are coming from overseas to do the LA Marathon on 20 March; and hence be at a hotel at Santa Monica beach. Will you be able to pick us from 22 March to join Day 2 of the tour? The tour only currently offers pickups out of LAX on the first day of the tour between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm. The other option to join the tour group on the first day is to arrange your own tranportation to arrive at the hotel booked for the first night of the tour to check in anytime past 3:00 pm.

We do not have Las Vegas departure for July 20th(Wednesday) tour. You can please refer to the red notice above Special Notes.
"If your tour departs on Sat after 12/18/2010 or Wed after 2/23/2011, please DO choose Los Angeles departure. "
